“Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can train the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.”
— Titus 2:3-5
I believe wholeheartedly in this verse. God has said that the older women are supposed to be teaching the younger women. That is why I believe that I should be helping teach my four younger sisters cooking, sewing, and other skills that will help prepare them to run a home one day. I am still learning so much from my Mom- she teaches me so many things every single day. I wish I could write down everything she says so I can remember it all and save it to teach my own children, Lord willing, one day.
That brings me to The Titus 2 Project. If you are helping to teach or mentor women (or girls) younger than you, you are following Titus 2!
